PsySoc Social Bristol is a relaxed, welcoming space for curious humans to meet, connect, and explore the things that make life interesting. Whether you're fascinated by psychedelics, consciousness, nature, creativity, or simply looking to find your people, there's a place for you here.

🌿 Meet Your People

We'll kick things off with Psychedelic Speed Friending - a playful twist on the usual meet-and-greet. With a few thoughtful prompts, unexpected questions and plenty of room for laughter, you'll get to meet new people without the awkwardness of having to start every conversation from scratch.

No networking energy. No pressure to be profound. Just good conversations and the possibility of finding a kindred spirit.
 

✨ Mix, Mingle & Get Curious

Next, we'll shake things up with relaxed group activities, conversation games and opportunities to share the things that light you up. Expect curious questions, interesting discoveries and the occasional wonderfully weird tangent.
 

🍊 Stories, Snacks & Socialising

We'll leave plenty of time to mingle, share a few snacks, and keep the conversations going. Bring along a little something to share if you fancy - a favourite snack, some homemade biscuits, or whatever takes your fancy. No elaborate preparations, but always welcome anything made with love!

There might be stories, objects, ideas or experiences to share, too. Think less open-mic performance, more a room full of people discovering what they have in common.
 

Our Socials are a space to be curious, together

PsySoc Social Bristol is part of The Psychedelic Society, bringing people together around curiosity, consciousness, connection and the human experience.

You don't need to have psychedelic experience, know all the terminology or arrive with a group of friends. You don't even need to be particularly outgoing.

Just bring yourself, an open mind and a little curiosity.

OUR TEAM

Mez Olivia

Mez works at the intersection of community, wellbeing, and alternative approaches to healing. They are a somatic practitioner, weaving together movement, touch, and sound to create grounded, supportive spaces for exploration and integration.

Their work is shaped by a deep interest in consciousness, nature-based living, and trauma-informed care, with a particular focus on supporting people through grief, addiction, and life transitions. Alongside their practice, Mez also hosts a podcast exploring healing, connection, and the human experience.

Outside of their work, they can usually be found with plants, in nature, or immersed in movement and sound.

ACCESS:  We do our best to include everyone in our events, regardless of health circumstances. If you have access requirements please email the event organiser directly to discuss. Many facilitators are able to offer reduced ticket prices for those truly unable to afford the ticket price. If this applies to you, do please get in touch with the event organiser.
