Dive deep into embodiment & early Autumn with one of the world's most nourishing & welcoming conscious communities...Ecstatic Dance UK's EmboDAYfest is back October 17th, with upgraded indoor workshop space, cosy cafe, the garden and sauna sanctuary (saunas open 3:45-9:15pm)!

SAUNA here at EmboDAYfest in London's best, most inclusive & original authentic sauna experience by Community Sauna Baths CIC - with ice cold plunges. Aufguss & sound healing inside from 3:45pm -9:15pm

Cosy Cafe Social - All day - Eat, hydrate, lounge around, connect. Rest & replenish in the cutest Hackney cafe space, right here at EmboDAYfest :) 

Garden of Dreams & Indoor Cafe Open ALL DAY WITH DJ'S AND MORE TBC- from 12pm, garden with large covered area in case of weather! 🌞🌲🌕: 

Our EPIC and highly accessible conscious day festival returns after the FIVE amazing DAYfests since May 23; right here at The Bath House & Community Sauna garden in Hackney Wick!

EMBODAYFEST! A day festival without alcohol or drugs, full of love, connection, incredible music, workshops and movement... AND the (secret!) Sauna Garden Party!

12:00pm doors open / Garden Open - Grab a high vibe elixir, cacao (available all day by CacaoSol), healthy snack, lunch, tea, coffee or fresh pizza!

12:30pm - 10:30pm All day Embodiment & holistic programme begins

Hall of Transformation: Our beautiful main event space with a deliciously warm and powerful surround sound speaker system, 

All sessions suitable for ALL ADULTS (check re suitability for children in workshops)! From 12:30pm

The Magic Den (indoors) from 12:30pm

Secret Sauna Garden (garden area open from 12pm ALL DAY to ALL to relax/connect, whether you have sauna pass or not) 🌞🌲

* *3:45 - 9:15pm - Unlimited Sauna (topless allowed inside sauna, bottoms always on please) & NEW ice baths use - to those who've chosen that option!** In collaboration with London's best and most inclusive sauna community - Hackney Community Sauna Baths with sound healing, Aufguss experiences and more! 🧖🏼

**New to EDUK? Come check our famous SUN•DAY mornings or Wednesday evenings every week at The Baths to get the vibe!💃🏼

Children: 0-4 years old can come for free and 5 -12 year olds for £10 - Tickets available. All must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times please.

Indoor Workshop & Cosy Cafe Space - Upgraded since the last EmboDAYfest - we shall have use and access of The Baths Cafe & wellness room spaces all day and until close, for the workshops (classroom), cosy indoor hangouts, plant based food and alcohol free refreshments. Lubo shall also be bringing his AMAZING CACAO!
