DreamSpace - Blue Lotus Tea Ceremony & Meditation (The Alchemy Sessions )

Join experienced facilitator Nadine from Two For Joy for a special multi sensory evening of tranquility where we will gather as a group and work with the energies of the truly magical  plant  Blue Lotus , learning more about the energy and spirit of the sacred plant medicine, its ancient wisdom and its essence.

Blue Lotus is entwined in history and lore with intuition, the dream realm & sacred mysticism; it is a deeply insightful herb to work with in  our times now.

At times such as these on Earth we are being called to connect, anchor into and support our mind & our intuition, Blue Lotus can be a great guide.

In this Tea Ceremony evening we will share space,  energy and a guided sacred journey with a ceremonial offering of tea.

You will connect to the  tea , connect to yourself , connect to the liminal dreamspace.

The Blue Lotus has a long and rich history in ancient Egypt, Greece &  India. It’s mesmerising effects can connect you to your third eye & higher self, leading  you into a sacred experience. 

The flow of the evening will be: 

-Opening circle to create a sense of connectedness and safe space. 

-A plant spirit discussion

-Guided Meditation & Pranayama

-Tea Ceremony 

-Restorative Sound 

-We will close the space with a short sharing , leaving you feeling nourished and grounded before heading back out into the world and home .
