Sunday Ritual: Turning Inward
A December morning to slow down and turn inwards, timed with the last quiet days of the waning moon. Through ceremonial tea, aromatherapy, somatic unwinding, gentle breath and sound, we’ll soften into the season, rest, release the year and come home to the body. You’ll leave with a blend of the ritual tea to carry the practice into your own winter evenings.

What to wear: loose, comfortable clothing in layers, so you can adjust if you get too warm or too cool.
What to bring: a yoga mat, a blanket, a cushion, and anything else that helps you feel comfortable, such as an eye mask, warm socks or a water bottle.
