This is an open group for people in Cornwall to experience the profound effects of therapeutic breathwork in a healing group environment.

We guide you through the conscious connected breath.  This is a simple, yet profound practice of allowing the breath to support whatever is needed at the time.  It can be gentle and relaxing, powerful and transformational. It can help us access memories, deeply stored emotions and different parts of ourselves while being held within a loving space.

The usual structure of the sessions begins with an introduction to the practice, including some time to try it out, ask questions and consider your intentions or hopes from your time on your mat. We then move into an hour’s breathe accompanied by a beautiful soundtrack newly curated each time and matched to the season ~ this one is ‘spring activation’.

We have a slow and gentle transition from the breathe back into the room with each other. If you want to make a cup of tea and have a nibble of something tasty you can go and find that in the kitchen and bring it back to the circle where you will find paper and pens/pencils/pastels which you can use to create a mandala of your experience or write about it if you would like to. There will also be cards you can turn to, or you might simply like to sit quietly and continue to listen to the music and have a stretch.

We will then come back together in a seated circle and there’ll be an opportunity for people to share any insights or reflections they have. This is purely optional, but it can be very powerful to be witnessed.

If you are curious and would like to ask us anything about this practice, do feel free to contact us.
