Open Conversations About Anger

There is a growing awareness of the connection between emotions and our physical and mental health. With all the grief, struggles and outrage about what’s happening in our society, anger might be a very present emotion in many of us, and we all know it is not an easy one to hold. Often we don’t even know what to do with it, so understanding and being able to process our anger in a safe manner can bring a sense of liberation and inner strength.

During the talk, expect:

What will you get out of this event?

• KNOWLEDGE

Get the conversation going - An introduction to what anger work is, how do we do this and why.

• COMMUNITY 

For everyone who would like a space to share your experience with anger. We believe that it is powerful in itself to listen to the experiences of others and voice our own in a non-judgemental space.

• SAFETY 

Getting to know us and building trust. If you are interested in our Anger Release workshop but feel a bit hesitant, this is a wonderful opportunity to get to know us and our work.

• ACTION 

One of the first catalysts of change is speaking up! We do this work because ultimately we would like to see a society where anger is not a taboo, so education around it can be widespread.
