*Welcome to your group. Hello I’m Harold, the king of my Heart. This process can change our life by restoring a natural wholeness. It’s a Weekly Compassionate Sharing Circle @ Plot 9 Maze Hill, Greenwich.*
Come home to yourself and your body to “wholeness,” “connectedness” then to be seen and heard fully. Connect, in a heart led space where we can be compassionate with ourselves and others we become spontaneous and authentic, let’s find peace in the middle of the storm. Lets find our be-ing exquisite.
*Sharing circle is an ancient system to foster interconnectedness with others in the circle and the circle of life, trust, inclusion and wholeness*
*“As someone who has never enjoyed being part of groups or discussions, it was the first time that I felt like there was space for me. Space for me to show up as me, but more importantly, space for me to speak, I started to feel extraordinary”*
*Have you ever thought something is missing? Sharing Circles, are part of our shared lost heritage. Come, return to a natural elemental way to being in the flow of life in circle then when we listen deeply we listen with only one purpose: to help him or her to empty their heart. This can relieve the suffering of another being.
We will sit outside together with fire and all the elements and draw awareness into the body. Intimacy begins with our willingness to see clearly - *beyond our separation*. We learn how to *“be with”* all aspects of ourselves without needing to, fix, solve, or change anything, when we hold a deep love and acceptance, then we understand our extraordinary nature.
*Location* Plot 9 Maze Hill station. The centre-piece of is the Seated Parachute Space (aka The Dodeca-Den). The Address: (Opposite) Leamington Court, Restell Close, Greenwich, London SE3 7RD. Google maps pin. The best way of getting here is to head to Maze Hill Station.
The introduction will be about 10 min. There will be some time of silence or guided meditation to start and end. The rest is circle sharing time.
*What is group Facilitation*? Facilitation creates a safe space and then guides a process for direct alive communication enabling a positive participatory climate for transformation and self realisation. It “enables powerful change” by making people feel worthwhile, included connected and valued. I ask you to listen deeply and stay present with active listening.*
We believe in No unquestionable truth. We espouse no religion. I practice daily wholeness, gratitude, connectedness, and compassion. We walk this path and move through all our mistakes by deepening compassion, trustworthiness and transparency.
Harold doesn't see himself as an expert with answers, but as *a host who holds space for collective wisdom to emerge*. At the heart of his work, is a simple but profound belief he often shares: The body holds all the answers, all we have to do is reconnect with the undercurrents moving through us and around us, with compassion and listen. And as we breathe together our world becomes extraordinary. *As above so below*.
