10.30-12: Natural Spirituality Circle ~ space to share, see or hear naturally inspired practices, perspectives and stories. Often with a guest speaker; otherwise we'll start by sharing nature noticings and open the circle from there

12-1: lunch break, often soup or similar is provided, feel free to bring fruit, snacks or nature's treats to share

1-2.30: Natural Song Circle ~ space to explore the landscapes of our natural voices, welcoming all aspects of the voice just as they are, with compassionate listening, voice freeing invitations, circle songs and intuitive song weaving
