About The Event 

Join us for an immersive group experience using the Roxiva RX1 – a powerful light and sound entrainment device that induces altered states of consciousness without the use of substances. Through the interplay of stroboscopic light and synchronised sound, participants often report deep meditative states, vivid visual phenomena, and enhanced clarity of thought.

We’ll begin with an introduction to the science and potential behind the RX1, followed by a short introduction program to explore initial responses, you’ll be invited to set a personal intention before the main journey begins.

The main session offers an inward voyage into expanded awareness and your personal Hero's Journey, guided purely by light and sound. We’ll close the evening with space to reflect, share insights, and explore options for future group events, private sessions, and training opportunities.

Whether you’re curious about non-ordinary states, interested in peak performance, or seeking deep rest and reset, this is a safe and unique way to explore the possibilities of consciousness.

Event Schedule 

We will cover the basic science of how this works followed by a deeper dive under the RX1. After orientation and a short demo we run a single continuous psychedelic style programme for 60 minutes, eyes closed, with simple guidance at the start and the close. Short debrief to finish.

Your Facilitator 

Rowan Ramsay is a coach and hypnotherapist specialising in self-mastery and success coaching. Rowan helps clients break through internal limitations and achieve greater fulfilment in their personal and professional lives. His therapy practice focuses on PTSD and anxiety, alongside supporting clients with weight loss, smoking cessation, addiction, and habit change. He employs a variety of methods including hypnosis, NLP, EFT, Reiki, Ketogenic Coaching, Yoga, Yoga Nidra, breathwork, meditation training, memory improvement, and spiritual guidance. Rowan also runs courses and group events on topics such as memory, breathwork, meditation, presence, group hypnosis, and light and sound baths. With over 30 years of experience working with plant medicines, Rowan integrates their wisdom into his approach to transformation and healing.

Contraindications 

NOTE: We cannot let anyone who has a history of epilepsy, or seizures, or anyone on SSRI/SNRI medication or anyone who is currently pregnant. This is due to Insurance and contraindications so please if this rules you out, don't come, let someone else take the space. ❤️

Your Organiser

Callum is an event coordinator for The Psychedelic Society and a life-long learner in the exploration of consciousness. He has completed a MSc in Medical Anthropology at University College London where he specialised in research on the phenomenology of consciousness, psychedelics and the therapeutic and healing arts in mystical traditions around the world. 

Callum regularly delivers talks and workshops on mental health, meditation and the breath to companies, groups and festivals across the UK. He is an advocate of transformative and psychedelic experiences that are grounded in transpersonal and somatic philosophy and psychology.
