November has a particular quality to it ⚫️
The clocks go back. The light disappears faster than you expect. Something in the body wants to slow down, go inward, release what the year has been carrying.
That is not accident. That is ancient. Every tradition across every culture marked this time as a threshold. A moment between worlds. A chance to let what is finished finally finish, and to feel what wants to be born in the dark before winter arrives.
📆 On 8th November, under the new moon, we are holding a ceremony for exactly that.
Whole: a new moon ceremony of voice, sound and Kundalini Activation ⚫️
The evening moves in three parts.
🌑 First your voice. Ruben leads a journey into frequency and vibration. Not singing. Not performance. Your natural voice, finding its own resonance, releasing what words cannot reach. This is one of the most unexpectedly powerful things a human being can do.
🌑 Then something that does not happen often. Kundalini Activation held by Natalia, flowing live with Rubén's music in real time 💫
Not a playlist. Not a recording. Live tribal instruments, live voice, live sound responding to what is happening in the room as the energy moves. The music and the activation breathing together as one living thing.
🌑 Ceremonial cacao opens the heart before we begin.
Five hours. Two facilitators. One unbroken arc from your voice to your depths.
You do not need any experience. You do not need to know anything about any of this. You just need to feel the pull and trust it.
🌑 Early bird r: £111 — use code WHOLE at checkout until 15 September
After 15 September: £133
8th November · 5 to 10pm · Luv Yourself Space, East London
