Inner Alchemy is an invitation to step away from the noise of everyday life and enter a space of presence, connection and exploration.

Across three hours, ceremonial cacao, Kundalini Activation, embodied practice, live music and immersive DJ soundscapes lead into an expansive Gong Bath with 13 gongs. A collective of 9 facilitators and artists guides the experience, bringing together movement, vibration, stillness and deep listening.

There is something powerful about gathering in this way. Strangers arrive, a circle forms, sound fills the space, and we make room to simply be, feel and connect. Each person’s experience is their own, unfolding within a shared space.

At the heart of Inner Alchemy is an invitation to listen—to your body, to what is present within you, and to the connection that can emerge when we gather.

Terms and conditions

INNER ALCHEMY — BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BOOKINGS

Your booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you have received your confirmation email. Please check that the event date, ticket type and attendee details are correct.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

You may request a refund up to 14 days before the event. Refunds may exclude any payment-processing fees that cannot be recovered.

Tickets are non-refundable within 14 days of the event. However, you may transfer your ticket to another person by updating the ticketholder details through Dandelion.

If the event has sold out and ticket resales are enabled, you may also offer your ticket for resale through Dandelion. A resale and refund are not guaranteed and will only be completed if another person purchases the released ticket.

Refunds will not be provided for non-attendance, late arrival or leaving the event early.

If Inner Alchemy is cancelled by the organiser, you will receive a refund of the ticket price. We cannot reimburse travel, accommodation or other personal expenses.

PROGRAMME CHANGES

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the programme, schedule, facilitators or activities when necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated to attendees.

PARTICIPATION AND WELLBEING

Inner Alchemy includes ceremonial cacao, embodied movement, Kundalini Activation, meditation, live music and an immersive gong sound journey.

Participation is always optional. You are encouraged to listen to your body, take breaks and choose the level of participation that feels appropriate for you.

The event is intended as a creative and wellbeing experience and is not a substitute for medical, psychological or therapeutic treatment.

Please contact us before attending if you have an allergy, medical condition, injury, sensory requirement or other concern that may affect your participation. Ceremonial cacao naturally contains caffeine and theobromine. If you are pregnant, taking medication or managing a health condition, please seek appropriate professional advice if you are uncertain whether cacao or any part of the experience is suitable for you.

You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to participate. The organisers and facilitators may ask someone to modify or stop an activity where this is reasonably necessary for their safety or the wellbeing of the group.

ARRIVAL

Please arrive 15 minutes before the advertised start time. Because the event follows a shared ceremonial journey, late entry may be limited and cannot be guaranteed.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Please take reasonable care of your possessions. The organisers and venue cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

We want the experience to be as welcoming and accessible as possible. Please contact us before the event to discuss any access requirements or adjustments.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND FILMING

Photography and filming may take place during the event for documentation and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in identifiable images or footage, please let us know before the event or at check-in. Choosing not to be filmed or photographed will not affect your participation.
