Soul Deep: Women's Embodiment & Tantra Temple, London

In the moments you you're tired of carrying too much, when you feel overwhelmed and part of you  just wants holding, what is it that you need? 

Soul Deep is a women's embodiment and tantra temple in London: a space for somatics, ritual, eros, expression and deeper connection.

In the moments you've forgotten what it means to be alive, or when you feel lost or uncertain, beneath the thoughts, stories and projections is a remembrance of self. A coming home. 

It's found in the sensation, in the pulsation of every particle, in the sweet caress of the brush onto canvas, or your voice into the space around you. It's deep within your body's wisdom if you can only let yourself play there in the exquisite dance of your own eros. 

Held in the wisdom of tantra and somatics, this is a space on Halloween, Samhain, to welcome all parts of you home in your body through eros, embodiment and expression with other soul-led women. 

Choosing to gather on Samhain, the ancient Gaelic festival marking the threshold between summer and winter, is potent. This day is a time when the harvest has ended, the days grow darker and the veil between worlds was believed to become thin. It is a time of gathering, remembrance and honouring what has passed as we turn inward and listen more deeply.

Choosing to step in is an act of devotion to you, to all women, to the divine. To step in is a choice to deepen your relationship with yourself, your body and all that is within and around you. To step in is to remember. The remembrance of what it is to dwell beneath the surface and hum in harmony with your soul. 

This is the essence of why we gather.  There is something ancient and deeply human in women gathering in ritual:  coming together to slow down, listen, share, witness, experience and remember what matters beneath the noise of everyday life.

We don't stay on the surface, we go deep. Soul Deep. 

No experience needed, come as you are. 

This is primarily a space of embodiment. Temple is a sacred space to explore, there is no expectation for anything to happen. Sexuality is not the focus, although that form of expression is welcomed if it arises. We are here to drop deeply into body and meet each other from that place.
