Breath of Earth creates gentle, nature-based spaces that help people slow down, reconnect, and support their wellbeing. Our mission is to help people feel more connected: to themselves - their body and mind, to community, and to the natural world around us.

Hi everyone, I am Kathi and over the past year, I’ve been learning and practising mindful walking, breath awareness, somatic techniques, and nature connection, and I’ve found them to be deeply grounding, supportive, and healing. I’ve spent a lot of time in Greenwich Park in particular, exploring what helps me feel calmer, more present, and more at ease. I've shared some of those practices on walks with family and friends and now want to them with others.

I come to this work as a curious practitioner and learner, not as someone who has all the answers. I love learning with and from others, and I hope these walks can become a welcoming community space where we can co-create, discover useful tools, and keep learning together.
