Orshi has been actively exploring a range of personal growth practices for over thirteen years. With nearly ten years of experience in healthcare through both study and work, she decided to forge her own path - supporting people with a key focus on mental and emotional health. Through the embodiment of emotions and creative liberation practices, her work fosters authenticity and a collective sense of renewal in our communities, one circle at a time.

Facilitates transformational women's spaces focusing on anger, rituals, connection, self-reflection, embodiment, creativity through artistic expression and  neo emotional release sessions. With this work, participants can experience how it feels to break free from the expectations of our society, and cultivate a deeper awareness of themselves and live a happier, more fulfilling life.
