Reya is the founder of Let's Dance Sheffield, Ecstatic Dance Peak District, and co-founder of Ecstatic Dance Sheffield. An experienced facilitator and DJ, as well as massage therapist and yoga teacher, she brings a love of movement, sound and community to every gathering. Her work is inspired by a deep love of music, nature, embodiment practices and her studies with the Mayan Yokotan Cacao traditions in Mexico. 

Reya holds Cacao Circles, Ecstatic Dances and workshops in and around Sheffield and the Peak District, UK. Her events are conscious, free-moving, non-judgemental spaces for you to fully express yourself in the present moment. ‘Ecstatic’ here does not solely refer to extreme happiness (which may happen!) but also to the sense of transcendence that can often accompany these dance journeys. There is no expectation to feel or look a certain way, no end goal.  Reya is passionate about creating a space where everyone can feel at ease dancing mindfully and messily!
