I am bodyworker, embodied yoga teacher, breathwork and meditation facilitator. I guide my clients to connect deeper with their true nature, to trust their bodies and to feel part of nature around us. I offer regular yoga classes, hold longer workshops, sharing circles, wellbeing events and retreats, in collaboration with other wonderful therapists and facilitators whose work touched me on my path.
