A series of gatherings designed for women to pause and reflect are taking place in Sheffield. Soul Fire Yoga Studio on Edgedale Road is hosting sessions including the December Women's Circle, followed into the new year by the January Women's Circle and the February Women's Circle. Each gathering invites women into an intimate setting to slow down, turn inward and share from the heart.

The evenings feature herbal tea, a grounding meditation, gentle guided intuitive movement, oracle cards and time for journaling and reflection. Attendees take part in a sharing circle where they are encouraged to speak without receiving comments or advice, though they are equally welcome to sit in silence. Blankets, yoga mats and bolsters are supplied in the studio, and guests should wear comfortable clothing and bring a journal, pen and an offering for the altar.
