Head outdoors today for the Samhain Special Ecstatic Dance + Cacao Circle OUTSIDE!!, meeting at Surprise View car park in Hope Valley before walking down into the silver birches of Lawrencefield. Open to everyone with no prior experience needed, the gathering begins with grounding movement, breathing, setting intentions and an optional cup of cacao or tea. Participants then put on provided headsets to dance freely to world beats and varied genres among the trees, with no talking during the music. Attendees should bring warm layers, drinks, snacks and a mat, with the option to pack a picnic for the closing circle.
