Life can feel so busy. Work, family, plans, appointments and the never-ending list of things that need doing.

So this is your invitation to just... stop 🤎

Join me online for 90 minutes of cacao, restorative breathwork and space to slow down, soften and breathe.

Make your cacao, grab your blankets and pillows, get comfy and let me guide you. We'll share cacao together before moving into a gentle restorative breathwork journey, followed by time to rest, integrate and share.

Nothing to push through. Nothing you need to achieve.

Just a little bit of space to come back to yourself 🌿

Ceremonial cacao 🤎

If you don't already have ceremonial cacao, you can purchase 250g of Venezuelan ceremonial cacao from me for £15.

Please order your cacao before 15th July to allow time for it to reach you before the session.

Cacao may not be suitable for everyone. Please let me know before the session if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a heart condition or uncontrolled high blood pressure, are taking antidepressants or other medication that may interact with cacao, or have any other health concerns.

A lower dose or an alternative warm drink can absolutely be used if cacao isn't suitable for you 🤎
