With 20yrs experience as a songstress with 6 albums touring worldwide and 12yrs as a facilitator supporting others to connect to their voices, I invite you to join me in a gentle and playful exploration of the power, fragility, beauty, wildness and creative individuality of your voice.

learn ways to use your voice to calm your nervous system

learn qi gong based techniques to settle your nerves
