About Agata
Agata Palmer is a neurodivergent Polish-British poet based in Bristol, her pamphlet From the Land of Marmite with Love was published by Exiled Writers Ink in 2021; her work included in several magazines and anthologies eg: Ravena Press, Tangent Books, Beyond Words magazine, Harana, London Grip, Bristol Books, Eris & Eros Review, Black Eyes Publishing UK. Agata’s poem Collage Without Glue received special commendations in Diverse Artists Network competition DIASPORA! 2024, recently her poems were part of the DAN exhibition at the Arnolfini.
Agata has been commissioned to write community and theme-specific poems with Lyra Poetry Festival, Filwood Library Sharing Stories project, Clevedon Literature Festival, Tangent Press, Women of the World; River Walks podcast; she delivers Writing 4 Wellbeing sessions. Agata has studied for her MA in Creative Writing at Universities of Bristol and Bath Spa.
