Autumn Equinox: Dance & Kirtan!

We're back with another Dance and Kirtan event! 

Join us to celebrate the AUTUMN EQUINOX on Sunday evening, September 21st with  KIRTAN & DANCE !

This event will include Come Dance (led by MC Gala), Kirtan (led by Siôn Jones) and delicious treats.

From 6:45pm arrival and a prompt 7pm start - 9pm  at The Trinity Rooms Community Hub, Stroud, GL5 2HZ.

You’re warmly invited to join us for an intentional celebration of the season.

More about Maria-Carin: Maria-Carin, also known as MC, welcomes your free-style, expressive movement onto the dance-floor to feel, breathe, and let go—together. Using a vibrant mix of eclectic beats, she creates an open and colourful held container for exploration. She weaves her unique dance facilitation style into a rich, embodied, sensuous and deep, light and wild, real and playful experience to leave you feeling deeply nourished, more alive and connected.

More about Siôn: Siôn has been leading Kirtan for over six years, sharing the beauty of sacred mantras and devotional music to help people open their hearts and connect with their innate wisdom. Trained as a yoga teacher and deeply immersed in spiritual practice, Siôn travelled to North India to study with a renowned teacher who encouraged him to bring these ancient chants back to the UK. His Kirtan sessions create a warm, inclusive space where participants can experience the healing power of mantra, music, and community.
