Spring Retreat with Cacao and Rose With Meltem and Madeleine in Malvern

We invite you to join us for an enriching day of deep connection with the land in the glorious Malvern Hills. Our intention for this day is for you to feel more deeply aligned with the natural energies of life, to feel attuned to Nature, supported, anchored and connected 💚

💫🌿 As we walk through these times of great change across the Earth, it becomes more vital than ever to anchor deeply and learn to listen and connect with Nature as a support for our daily lives and so that we can align ourselves with the energetic shifts happening in the Earth. In this day retreat, we will invite in the beautiful heart-opening medicines of Ceremonial Cacao and the Sacred Rose, both of which can support us to open up to receive more deeply, to enter a more expanded state of connection and to help align our energies with the Earth 💚🏞️

We will start the day at The Centre of the Hills, with breathwork to centre and energise us, before going outdoors for a Cacao and Rose Ceremony in Nature (weather permitting) and a purification blessing with the sacred spring waters. We will spend time with the trees, earth and rocks, with guided support to connect and listen deeply to the beings of Nature. We will then travel to our starting point to walk up the hills, climbing to the highest peak of the Malverns, where we will have the opportunity to breathe the high mountain air and then attune to the energy of the hills ~ receiving their powerful energy with a guided meditation to support us to drop deeply into this connection. After a picnic lunch, we will share our gratitude by singing to the hills, as a way of giving back in reciprocity with the Earth, before returning to The Centre of the Hills for a sound bath to support integration of the day 🌿🙏💚

Our venue, The Centre of the Hills - Malvern, is located on the side of the Malvern Hills, with a view directly out onto the hillside. So we will be accompanied and held by the energy of these sacred lands throughout our time together 🙏🏞️💚

Please note that this retreat day does include walking up the hills, so while you are welcome to walk slowly, unfortunately it is not suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

🌹 Meltem Angell
I am a dedicated yoga teacher, sound healer, breathwork facilitator, and reiki practitioner, known for my passion and ability to connect with people of all backgrounds and experience levels.
In recent years, I have delved deeply into the healing properties of cacao, holding a strong belief in its ancient healing potential. Currently, I am on a path toward shamanism, training to become a practitioner. Embracing this path has brought me a profound sense of connection with nature and my own inner wisdom. I find joy in sharing my experiences and knowledge with others, guiding them through transformative ceremonies and rituals. My goal is to create a nurturing space where individuals can explore their spiritual selves, heal past wounds, and discover new paths towards personal growth and fulfillment. Through my work, I hope to foster a community that values compassion, understanding, and the deep, mystical bonds that unite us all.

🌹 Madeleine Seraphina
I am a ceremonialist, oracle and energy healer, dedicated to the pathway of Sacred Feminine reclamation and remembrance. I work with the Magdalene Rose energies, Primal Mother consciousness and radical Earth and elemental connection, to support people to activate their full expression and reconnect with their organic truth. My skills have been cultivated through fifteen years on the spiritual path including working as a Kundalini Yoga teacher, four years of Sacred Feminine Mystery School, circle facilitation training, and above all walking my own initiatory journey guided by Nature, the Primal Mother, the Rose and the Magdalene. I live in the Malvern Hills, where I offer Sacred Rose Oracle Readings, 1-1 healing spaces, ceremonies and women's circles.
