The Divine Ridiculous invites one and all to join a workshop in the magical lands surrounding Ridiculous House, Dartmoor.

The extended weekend will culminate in a rendezvous at the meeting place of Art and Magic: The emergence of a piece of Panic Theatre, a Gnostic Cabaret, a Quantum Burlesque or Ritual Promenade, which will be a response to our explorations over the weekend of the ever-fertile themes of Clown, Masquerade, Artist-As-Medium, Trance, Embodiment, Wonderment, Stage-as-Altar, Theatre-as-Ritual, Trickster, Oracle, Prank.

Over this camp we will build our temple, enjoy daily saunas, explore the wilderness, expand our creativity, re-imagine, and deepen in connection to land, hearth, and community, tapping into the resources and insights embedded within our own sacred innocence. Our playground will be both inside "The Dome", and outside in Dartmoor National Park's woodlands, tors, rivers and valleys.

Ridiculous House is situated in Devon in a secluded corner in the west of Dartmoor National Park. The camping facilities are basic yet adequate, park-up is welcome and there are some bedrooms  and 'glamping' options available. There will be liftshares available to the event, and pick-up is possible from our transport hubs. The nearest major transport node is Plymouth, with buses from there bringing you close to our home.
