OPEN MORNING: BODY AND EARTH

WITH ANDREA OLSEN & CARYN MCHOSE

16th September

Dartington Trust Studio 6

Brought to you by the Devon School of Soul Motion

Andrea and Caryn return to Dartington Hall Estate in Totnes to share their deeply embodied practice and wisdom in eco-somatics. Recognising that body is intricately interconnected with our global environment, daily practices will explore Experiential Anatomy, Evolutionary Movement, Authentic Movement and Embodied Writing as ongoing resources for creative living and forming.

The location of and around the history-rich Dartington Hall Estate offers the opportunity to move indoors and outdoors in fabulous facilities with more than 1,000 acres of unparalleled rural landscapes including gardens and walking paths; dance the ecotone of the River Dart and surrounding forests; and rest under big open skies.

(Come dressed for indoor/outdoor movement and bring a writing journal.)
