🌿 Get connected in Nature - Community Walk in Ashton Hill Plantation Forest– Connect, Ground & Restore 🌿 

Join us for a nourishing community walk in the beautiful Ashton Hill Plantation. 

An opportunity to slow down, connect deeply with nature, and share space with like-minded souls in a relaxed and welcoming setting. 

WHAT TO EXPECT

A gentle, mindful walk through ancient trees and open landscapes, offering the perfect chance to reconnect with yourself, with others, and with the natural world. 

For this walk, we'll take a pause and be guided through some nature connection activities by Luke Dodson. He will take us through some simple yet powerful exercises to ground, reconnect with the environment, and enter into an 'alpha rhythm' of calm, relaxed alertness. Luke is an outdoor skills teacher who completed the Trackways intensive survival course in 2022 and is a certified trainer in the MovNat natural movement system. 

Walking together creates a space for conscious connection, where conversations flow naturally, and we can support and inspire each other. Come as you are: solo, with friends, or to meet new ones. This is a space for everyone, whether you're looking for movement, meaningful connection, or simply a breath of fresh air. 

Please wear sensible foot attire as it gets muddy depending on the weather, and we may be walking on paths the entire time.

ACCESS:  We do our best to include everyone in our events, regardless of health circumstances. If you have access requirements please email the event organiser directly to discuss. Many facilitators are able to offer reduced ticket prices for those truly unable to afford the ticket price. If this applies to you, do please get in touch with the event organiser.
