I welcome you to come CLOSER. To join me for an afternoon of safe and warm exploration of the connection to your own intimacy.
This is an invitation for you to come closer to yourself within the safe and sacred circle of sisterhood.
There is so much that wants to be expressed through our bodies. The connection to our own intimacy allows sacred life force energy to flow through us, opening to more creativity, joy and power in all areas of life.
And….so many of our life experiences and social conditioning can get in the way of accessing this sacred energy.
When we slow down…. and I mean really really slow down….we are able to connect fully, to allow our incredible bodies to open to life force energy and to identify where we are holding pain, blocks or emotions that may limit the flow of our full potential.
This is a journey of exploration and deep self love.
During this three hour workshop you will be held and guided with love through a series of exercises, processes and meditations to deepen your connection to yourself, to explore this with others and to be given the opportunity to heal should anything arise.
For me, there is nothing more valuable than the connection to my body and divine life force energy, and the wisdom, intelligence and pure pleasure that follows. Sharing this with you will be an honour.
Be CLOSER to yourself…..come CLOSER to FREEDOM.
With so much love,
Rhia x
