Autumn Women Circle & Sauna Ritual @ Solace Sauna

As the days grow shorter and the air begins to cool, we gather in circle to honor the turning of the wheel into autumn. This is a time of harvest, reflection, and gentle release — an invitation to slow down, root into gratitude, and prepare for the inward journey of the darker months.

Bailey from Solace Sauna will guide us through a ceremonial sauna ritual where heat, steam, the elements and intention become our allies. Guided through breath, silence, and contemplation, we will honor the seasons and their transitions — supporting us in purification, renewal, and deeper connection to the season’s wisdom.
