This Dance is a Celebration of the Spring Equinox. 

 We’ll be journeying with the theme of balance - as we tip from longer nights to longer days, the music will support us to move between dancing with our inner worlds, to expanding out to connect with nature and each other, from rest and slowness to action and play.

UPDATED : Due to the cold wind we will now be dancing at spitchwick where we will be much more sheltered. 

We are choosing a beautiful spot that will be more accessible for Families etc.

 DJ Gaia Harvey Jackson - An uplifting sonic journey of passionately rhythmic music.

Gaia is a group work facilitator and ecstatic dance dj who weaves together deep journeying with playful connection. Her music ranges tribal beats, melodic techno, sassy femme, afro house, and more. She has been playing on UK Ecstatic Dance scene for the last 5 years and is delighted to bring her offering to Devon, her home.

For Clarity : 

THIS EVENT WILL BE A : .

• Community Dance  : Still a Deep-Dive Dance Journey, although a little more open and relaxed for socialisation if thats what you choose.

BUT NOT AS MUCH OF A :

• Very Public Places Dance  - Dancing in places where there is likely to be more general public to witness - a slight flash mob feel.
• Ceremonial Dance - Closed Container with no talking during the dance.
• Expedition Dance  : Dances that involve bigger walks to get to epic wild spots.

💟 GENERAL SAFETY 💟 

The river is wild and some of the rocks are slippy. 
NOTE : only come if you can take full responsibility for your own safety in this terrain. 
Under no circumstances can I be held liable for any injury or accident. 🩷

A gorgeous open grassy spot next to the river dart, surrounded by sheltering trees.

• Ample Water  (More than you think)
• Something to Sit on
• Suitable Clothing
• A jacket with hood if a chance of rain.
• Your Personal Intention to Dance.

💟 TIME FLOW ⏰

We should be able to stay somewhat on track with this one. 
However, please be aware that due to the variable nature of dancing outdoors, our event times may vary slightly. Often  it can take folks time to land and settle in a wild environment. It really helps if people arrive on time and gather quickly when you are called to begin. While we'll do our best to stay on schedule, we appreciate your patience if things run a bit longer than expected. Thanks for your understanding! 

💟 Headphones or Speaker? 🎧 

For this event we use silent disco headphones, allowing us to enjoy the  most beautiful wild places without disturbing the natural environment or others walkers. All headphones are provided and come with their own individual volume control

💟 Refund Policy 🎟️ 

Tickets are non-refundable unless an event is cancelled or postponed. In the event of a postponement, you will have the option to either keep your ticket for the rescheduled date or apply it to any future Nature Dance event. Additionally, tickets are transferable and can be sold or passed on to others if you’re unable to attend. 

Many of our events sell out, so if you cannot make it, please do pass on your ticket to ensure someone else has the chance to join in.
