Conscious Dance & Sauna Experience - An Elemental Journey of Connection

Join Sophie, Kevin and the community for an exquisite grounding and uplifting experience.

Come join the wild and wonderful tribe of humans, elements, plants, trees and animals to regenerate and celebrate the beauty of life.
We gather on sacred land to warm ourselves in the sauna and dance are feet on the earth. This is a safe space where you are welcome. There will also be the opportunity to experience the health and restorative benefits of a beautiful sauna on site (#WildWood_Sauna) so get ready for fun, relaxation and ecstatic bliss!
Also, enjoy socialising around the central fire with a cuppa, chocolate (fruit available too) and a wholesome stew for a late lunch!
