Deep Reset Sauna & Sound

Join sound artist Oyu for a nourishing Sunday afternoon to honour the shift of season into autumn. A deep reset through 90 mins of sauna and 90 mins of sound healing on 20 September Sunday.

The event will be held at the stunning wellness venue At Winterbourne which is 20 mins from Glastonbury. It is truly special to be able to combine the benefits of sauna and sound bath for deep reset at this very special place.

Oyu will weave a deep immersive sound bath through Grotta Sonora gong, Native American flutes, monochord, otherworldly vocal and various ethnic instruments.

She will also curate the music for the sauna space during this event so you will receive a coherent experience of this unique offering.

3:45pm arrival and get settled

4-5pm free use of sauna and cold plunge

5-5:20pm silent sauna and guided meditation

5:30-7pm deep reset sound bath

Booking is essential.

Things to bring/materials required

Towel to sit on. Swimsuit. Water bottle, eye cover, pillow, blanket, anything that helps make you feel comfortable to sit or lay down. There will be yoga mat & meditation cushions at the venue.

Please note: please wear swimsuit inside the sauna and bring a towel to sit on.
