A Sunday reset in Shoreditch: lie down, breathe, and let Christian Dimarco's live sound get you ready for the week ahead.
Sunday afternoons can feel a bit heavy, with Monday just around the corner. Here's an easy fix.
Christian Dimarco is coming all the way from Melbourne. He'll play didgeridoo and flutes, drums, bowls and voice. You don't have to do anything at all. That's the point.
Who's playing
Christian is a sound facilitator, music producer and multi-instrumentalist. Meditation and the rhythms of nature shape a lot of what he plays, and so do musical traditions from around the world. He's been guiding sound sessions, meditations and workshops for over ten years.
His note to you:
"I look forward to welcoming you in London and sharing this unique sound experience with you. My intention is to create a space where you can slow down, breathe, listen and reconnect with yourself, allowing the sound to become a journey rather than simply something you hear."
When and where

AndSoul Sanctuary, 114-116 Cheshire St, London E2 6EJ, walkable from Shoreditch High Street or Bethnal Green
Christian plays for roughly an hour and a half. The rest of the two hours is for arriving, setting up your mat and getting settled.
We open at 3:45pm, and the doors shut when the session starts. It may finish up to 15 minutes late.
The venue has mats and bolsters, so you only need a blanket and an eye mask. Bring your own mat or pillow too if you like. There's also a sauna you can book at extra cost.
Duo tickets are £40 each and Group of 4 tickets are £35 each. No refunds, but tickets can go to a friend instead.
