🎶 THE SOUND JOURNEY

Throughout the evening, you will be immersed in a rich and evolving live soundscape featuring:

• 🪈 Didjeridu
• 🪈 World flutes
• 🥁 Tribal percussion
• 🔔 Singing bowls
• 🎤 Ethereal vocals

Christian combines these instruments with conscious breathing practices, creating an immersive experience that invites you to relax, turn inward and simply be present.

Sound and breath have been used across cultures for generations in meditation, ritual, wellbeing and self-exploration. During the journey, you may experience periods of deep relaxation, stillness, introspection and renewed awareness.

No previous experience is necessary. Whether you're completely new to sound journeys or already have an established meditation or wellbeing practice, you're welcome.

The chapel setting provides a beautiful and atmospheric space in which to experience the sound journey.

Please arrive in good time. To preserve the integrity of the experience, the doors will close once the session begins and late arrivals cannot be accommodated.

Please also allow up to 15 minutes additional time, as the closing portion of the journey may vary slightly.

This event is meant to experienced laying down. Please bring your own yoga mat or comfortable padding, blanket and cushion/pillow to make yourself as comfortable as possible.

To get the most from your experience:

• 🍽️ Eat a light meal beforehand
• 💧 Stay well hydrated
• 👕 Wear comfortable clothing
• 📵 Give yourself permission to switch off and disconnect for the evening

Christian Dimarco is a multi-instrumentalist and Sound Journey facilitator who has been guiding immersive sound journeys, meditations and workshops for over a decade.

Drawing from years of research and personal practice with sound, Christian creates experiential spaces that invite participants into deeper states of relaxation, awareness and presence.

His music is deeply influenced by world traditions and contemplative practices, with soundscapes inspired by meditation, the rhythms of nature and the diverse musical cultures of the world.
