ANCIENT LAND

An 800-year-old estate, rewilded and alive. Ancient trees, wild gardens and a sprung wooden floor beneath bare feet. We gather here as the light draws in. To move, to listen and to come home to ourselves.

Through dance and sound we journey together. First the rising energy of the floor, carried by a Funktion-One system. Then the deep stillness with a live sound bath. A full journey from movement to rest.

A space to express, to connect and to feel fully alive. Held by the land and a warm, open-hearted community.

EVENING FLOW

We arrive together in circle.

7pm · Ecstatic Dance — Osara
A deep journey with club-level sound. Underground, electronic, organic, ancestral.

8:40pm · Live Sound Bath — Georgia Kate
Crystal singing bowls carry us into stillness and integration.

8:55pm · Closing Circle
We complete the journey together.

9pm · Dinner Served
Stay for dinner from the Elmore Kitchen. Pre-order when you book.

10pm · Complete
The venue closes and we are all away by 10pm.

ORGANIC DINNER 9PM

After two hours of dance and deep sound, the body opens and hunger comes. Share a hot, home-cooked plate with the people you've just moved with. This is where the journey lands. 

Organic seasonal lentil dhal or organic vegetable curry, with rice, garden salad, chutney and yoghurt. Cooked fresh to order by the Elmore Kitchen.

Ecstatic Dance

A transformational ecstatic dance journey to activate the warrior of love within.

Osara is a father, embodied DJ and founder of Ace Collectiv. With Cymreig, Scottish and Sámi roots, he uniquely blends ancient and future technologies and sound: drum, shakers and yoik-inspired vocals with organic, underground and electronic dance music.

Expect the deeper, uplifting and soul-invigorating:  140, Jungle, Techno, Afro House, Folktronica, Organic Electro, alongside Folk, Celtic, Medicine, World and South American music.

Soothing crystal singing bowls to close and integrate our journey. Let yourself be guided into profound relaxation and stillness through guided meditation and healing sound.

Georgia Kate is a mother, meditation practitioner and space holder devoted to the path of inner awakening. Her sound baths are woven with the cellular medicine of crystal singing bowls. An ancient vibrational pathway for deep rest, release and inner alignment.

As their frequencies move through the body, the thinking mind softens and the feeling body comes forward, carrying you gently into stillness. Expect to be guided home to yourself, and to leave rested, clear and reconnected.

For anyone who wants to move, be moved and be met.

Never been to an ecstatic dance? You are exactly who this is for. There are no steps to learn and no way to do it wrong. You dance how your body wants to dance. The floor is a non-verbal space. Rest whenever you need. Many people come alone and leave with friends.

Been dancing for years? You'll find a serious sound system, a journey with room to go deep, and a container held with care.

All ages are welcome. Families, teens and little ones. A parent or guardian stays with under-18s throughout.

Alcohol-free and substance-free. Everything you'll feel in this room comes from the music, the movement and the community.

Tickets are released in tiers and the price rises as we move toward the date. If you know you want to be in that room, the earlier tiers are the moment.

Supported tickets (£16) are for anyone on a lower income, aged 18–25 or who would otherwise not be able to join us. Offered on trust, no questions asked. Supporter tickets (£37) directly keep Supported affordable for others.

BEFORE YOU COME

Where

Elmore Court, Gloucestershire. An 800-year-old estate in the Cotswolds. Roughly 40 minutes from Bristol and 20 minutes from Stroud.

Please arrive by 6pm so you can find the Gillyflower, settle in and get cacao before we begin. Full arrival details and directions are sent to you by email when you book.

Please lift share where possible.

Dress

Dress to express. Dress for ceremony. Or whatever feels most comfortable for you. We welcome ourselves and each other as we are.

Bring

Layers, so you can warm up and cool down
Something to lie on for the Sound Bath (sheepskin, mat or blanket)
Clean indoor shoes, dance socks or bare feet for the sprung floor
Earplugs if you are sensitive to volume (the music can get loud)
A notebook, if you journal
