Through the magic of deep listening, voice, sound and song, we will journey into the wisdom of our bodies to sing ourselves home. In the beautiful acoustic space of the Bennet Centre, Frome, with it's open fires and high ceilings, Mae will guide you through ways to heal using the sacred tool of your voice. Held by live sound-scapes, you will travel through the energy centres of your body to release emotions, find hidden songs and restore balance to your being. Mae will begin and end this journey with her own original music, and inspire you to find the songs of your body and life.

Mae Bird is a sing, song writer and ceremonialist from West Yorkshire. She has been guiding voice workshops for 15 years internationally, and is deeply passionate about helping people to remember the power of their voice.
