At a time of year when our systems are so overloaded, here is an opportunity to drop into a space of deep rest. This space is for women to regulate their nervous systems and choose gentle activation, rather than overstimulation.

We gather together as a community and move through intuitive movement, yoga and a deep relaxation/ Yoga Nidra.

Tea and sweet treats are on offer as the session comes to a close.

Bring a yoga mat blanket and a pillow.

I look forward to welcoming you.
