How much of your day do you spending living up in your head? 50%? 70%? More?

The human brain is powerful and can pull us into patterns that keep us stuck in our heads. Our internal world might involve rumination, worry, doubt, regret, comparison, and ‘what if’ scenarios. This can impact our nervous system and our actions, such as procrastinating, not taking action, staying small, not communicating our needs, loss of connection - ultimately, not getting the best out of our one precious life.

Discover the Power of Presence!

This highly experiential workshop will guide you on a journey from your head to your 5 senses.

What we will do:

  • Reflect on the unhelpful patterns we ALL get drawn into due to the design of our brain
  • A deep dive into how being more present might impact your life - in terms of connection with your self and with others, connection with your inner world (thoughts, feelings, sensations and memories), choices you make and the actions you take
  • Experience different ways to come back to the present moment
  • Choose how to respond to your experience

The day will involve:

  • Mindful dance
  • Grounding techniques
  • Journalling
  • Coaching
  • Connection
  • Playfulness and FUN!

I will bring my knowledge of psychology, coaching and somatic movement, along with fierce compassion, powerful techniques, celebration and fun!

To get the most from this workshop you will need to bring a willingness to be present with your experience, a desire to cultivate the power of presence in your life, and an open heart and mind.
