Join us for an intimate, nourishing online women's circle to honour the Summer Solstice—the peak of the sun’s light and the fullness of the year.

This is the season of midday, ovulation, and the wild teenage self—bold, direct, unapologetically alive. A time to check in with where your energy is going, what you're standing for, and where boundaries might need to be clarified so your deepest YES can be honoured.

In the spirit of the Solstice, this gathering is a space to come back to yourself and your enough-ness.

We'll explore themes of:

Anger as a messenger—what it’s pointing to, and what it protects
Boundaries as self-respect—how to say no with care, and yes with integrity
Embodiment practices - to anchor you in your body and your centre
Witnessing—A sharing circle for honest words, deep listening and connection

This is a space for anyone navigating overwhelm, hard conversations, shifting relationships or simply wanting to feel more rooted in what matters.
