The Listening Land welcomes you to Essence & Form; a 5 week course of Plant meetings and communication, with hands on herb craft experiences, to guide you through the start of Winter.

We will be meeting once a week, Wednesday evenings, 6pm-8pm from the 25th November - 23rd December, in a cosy cabin in Frampton Mansell:

Each session will start with a blind tea meeting (the essence), followed by a practical way to work with this Herb (the form). Practicals include balm, incense and tincture making, distillation and our closing session will be a reciprocity circle with the chosen Plant.

You will leave each session with an inner experience of the Plant we have met with and a handmade herbal item.
