Vulva Touch – Recorded Practice

Techniques for Yoni Massage & Self-Pleasure.

Whether you practise Vulva Touch as a Self-Pleasure meditation on your own, or share it with a partner, this is a devotional space to be with your body… and your own creative, sexual energy.

This isn’t about getting anywhere.
It’s about making time to feel more.

Whether you’re here to recharge, to awaken something within you, or simply to explore something new, this practice invites touch to become a ritual… a celebration of sensation, pleasure and presence.

When we meet the vulva — our own or another’s — without expectation, something begins to soften.
We step away from habitual patterns of touch, from performance, from trying to create a specific outcome.

Instead, we listen.

Through these guided practical touch techniques, you’re invited to discover what is true for you in each moment — whether that feels comforting, sensual, nourishing, exciting, soft or deeply arousing.

There is nothing to force.
Nothing to achieve.

Just space to feel your body more fully, and to allow arousal to unfold in its own time.

What this practice offers

This recorded session guides you into a deeper awareness of sensation, supporting you to:

  • Connect more intimately with your body
  • Create new, conscious habits of touch
  • Awaken and expand your arousal
  • Explore genital massage and/or self-touch with presence and care
  • Soften out of performance and into feeling
  • Build trust in your own pleasure
  • Learn to regulate and deepen sensation
  • Let curiosity lead your experience
  • Open to a wider range of orgasmic possibility
  • Release shame, guilt or pressure around pleasure

Why Vulva Touch matters

Touch without expectation is rare.
For many of us, it’s something we’ve never truly experienced.

This practice offers something different.

Vulva touch isn’t something to perform, or something that needs to lead anywhere.
It can be deeply relaxing… or gently arousing… or simply a way to feel more present in your body.

You’re always in choice.

You can pause.
You can slow down.
You can stay exactly where you are.

Giving can become a meditation.
Receiving can be a practice in letting go.

And often, what we feel is not what we expect.

An invitation

This is an opportunity to meet your body as a landscape…
to explore it in a new way, without pressure or agenda.

As you deepen into your own touch, you may find it becomes easier to receive, to communicate, and to allow pleasure to move through you — not as something you chase, but something that naturally arises.

And from here, the way you relate to your body… and to life… begins to shift.
