Welcome to your Autumn dose of mid-week singing medicine, to awaken your voice, get you back in your body and stir the soup pot of your soul!
If you’re a woman with a voice then this is for you. This isn’t a choir. There is no sheet music. There will be invitations to ground, check-in and wake up your breath and warm up your body and voice. There will be cups of tea. There will be a mixture of uplifting, seasonal songs, taught by ear, swelling harmonies and stomps and claps sometimes too. Always laughter. There might be some unexpected noises and rest assured, all wonky notes are welcome here.
“The power of women coming together, expressing themselves freely in safe space through song”
“Like a weekly vitamin boost”
“Connecting, joyful, fun, silly, musical, soulful, freeing and profound”
