Chamomile Dreaming is an opportunity to rest!
In this change of seasons and back to school time, come and be held by Chamomile and Insight Herbalist Fanny Soirat, in a deep, nourishing, restorative space.
We will be doing a Chamomile tea tasting, meeting the plant through our bodies, be guided into spacious rest, anoint ourselves with Wild Chamomile Oil, and other Chamomilian delights… all centered around creating a simple and gentle space for you to rest.
A space to unwind, reconnect with your body, and give yourself time to rest and integrate.
We will be meeting in the beautiful yurt at Stroud Slad Farm (more info upon booking).

About the facilitator:
Fanny is an Insight Herbalist, currently completing her training at the School of Intuitive Herbalism. She is a musician, song sharer, and mover, and loves to hold deeply embodied spaces in which to meet our indigenous plants, and ourselves.
