Beneath the layers of conditioning, the patterns we carry and the stories we have come to believe about ourselves, there is a deeper truth to our being.

A place of presence, awareness and connection beyond self identity.

Circle of Alchemy is an invitation to create space for this remembrance.

Over six fortnightly gatherings, we will come together in a small, supportive circle to explore the meeting of energy, consciousness and the human experience.

A space to soften, surrender, receive and listen to the deeper intelligence moving within us.

A space where healing, awakening and embodiment can unfold in their own time.

The Alchemy of Transformation

Alchemy is the process through which something changes form.

In our inner world, this can be experienced as old patterns coming into awareness, emotions finding space to move, energy beginning to shift, or a deepening connection with our own essential nature.

Sometimes transformation is gentle and almost imperceptible.

Sometimes it arrives as a profound opening, a release or a new understanding.

And sometimes the most meaningful shift is simply learning to be more present with ourselves, exactly as we are.

Within Circle of Alchemy, we welcome all of these possibilities.

There is nothing to force, nothing to achieve and no particular experience to seek.

We meet what is present with curiosity, compassion and a willingness to surrender to the unfolding.

A Living, Intuitive Journey

Rather than following a fixed programme, each gathering will be guided intuitively by what is arising within the group.

Drawing on my experience of VortexHealing®, life-force activation energy work, meditation, somatic awareness and spiritual embodiment, I will hold space for energetic exploration, healing and integration.

Some sessions may invite deep stillness, rest and nourishment.

Others may bring a more dynamic experience of energy, movement, emotional expression or expanded awareness.

It will be a space for embodied exploration of  energetic patterns, divine connection, the movement of life-force energy and the relationship between our spiritual nature and our human experience.

The intention is not to create a particular outcome, but to support each person in listening more deeply to themselves and allowing their own unique process to unfold.

What Happens in Each Gathering?

Each 90-minute online session will offer a balance of:

Arrival and connection — taking time to settle, share intentions and acknowledge what is present.

Meditation and grounding — reconnecting with the body, breath and present-moment awareness.

Energetic healing and exploration — approximately 50 minutes of intuitively guided energy work, which may draw on VortexHealing® and Kundalini Activation.

Embodiment and integration — allowing space to rest, feel and become aware of what has shifted.

Reflection and sharing — an invitation to express your experience or simply remain in quiet presence.

The structure will remain fluid, responding to the needs of the group and the nature of each gathering.

You are always welcome to participate at your own pace.

There is something powerful about returning to the same space, with the same people, over time.

As trust and connection develop, we can begin to meet ourselves with greater openness.

Rather than attending a single healing session and returning immediately to everyday life, this journey offers continuity — time to experience, reflect, integrate and return.

The spaces between our gatherings are part of the journey too.

We may begin to notice subtle changes in our awareness, our relationships, our responses to life and the way we inhabit our bodies.

This is an opportunity to be accompanied through a process of unfolding, held within a small and committed group.
