Our second journey takes us deeper — into the Lower World, a symbolic realm often explored in shamanic journeying through imagery connected with nature, animals, roots and the Earth.

I will guide you towards your own entrance — perhaps through a tree, cave, pathway or another place that naturally appears within your journey.

This evening is about grounding, roots, belonging and reconnecting with the Earth beneath us.

We will journey first with drum, sound, voice and guitar before inviting our own drums into the space.

🥁 Bring your drum if you have one and allow yourself to find your own rhythm within the circle.

If you don’t have a drum, simply close your eyes and allow the heartbeat of the drums to carry you into meditation.

We will finish with grounding, sharing and closing the sacred space together.

No experience needed. 🤎
