Join us for a beautiful morning designed just for you - a chance to reconnect with yourself, recharge and spend time with other amazing mums. Whether you have little ones, teenage kids or grown up children, we're all in the same boat. Caring for others can be tiring! Let us take care of YOU!

✨ What's included?

🧘‍♀️ Beach Yoga with Ewa
Start your morning by the sea with a gentle yoga session. Breathe deeply, stretch your body, quiet your mind and reconnect with yourself.

☕ Coffee & Connection
Afterwards, we'll gather over coffee (or an alternative refreshment) and delicious picky bits. This is your chance to chat, laugh, cry, share the highs and lows of motherhood - or simply sit quietly if that's what you need. This is a safe, supportive space where you'll be held, heard, and never judged.

🔥 Sauna Ritual with Bailey at Solace Sauna
Finally, relax in the warmth of the sauna while taking in stunning sea views. If you're feeling brave, enjoy an optional sea dip or cold plunge for the ultimate reset.
