Mothers Day Women's Circle with Shakti Flow and Sound Healing

Come and celebrate  Mother's Day with other  women!!!

We start in sharing circle, listening to each other’s stories and experiences  and setting up intentions for the new lunar cycle . 

Please bring your journal and pen. There will be tea and healthy delights . 

Moving to nourishing and cleansing   our physical and energetic bodies  with  meditative and sensual sacred geometry  curves  embodying  Temple Dance, Yoni Shakti Yoga and Tao Tantric practices. 

Breathe  slow and deeply tapping  into your feminine watery energy,  opening   in non  linear  way through waves, spirals and lemniscates. .

We will have a special guest beautiful Gia Nayak for our relaxation  at the end of the circle . Gia  will be using different percussion instruments and vocal toning to bring vibration of love and healing to you.

Whether you would like to give yourself dedicated time and space for setting  intentions for  the new lunar cycle, want to be heard and seen  or simply crave connection  and friendship with like minded women, you are welcome 🙏 .
