Our first journey begins with Meeting Your Spirit Animal.
In shamanic traditions, animals can appear within journeys as symbols, teachers and sources of guidance. During this evening, I will guide you into a journey with the intention of meeting an animal that may have something to show you.
We will open the sacred space together before moving into a guided journey through drum, voice, guitar, rattles and sound.
As the journey deepens, I will invite you to take your own drum and join me in the rhythm, allowing the beat to carry you further into your own experience.
🥁 If you have your own drum, please bring it with you.
If you don’t have one yet, simply sit or lie down, close your eyes and meditate with the beat.
We will finish with quiet integration, a sharing circle and closing our sacred space together.
No previous experience is needed. 🤎
