SPIRITUS Breathwork and Somatic Healing is a conscious connected breathing style integrating trauma informed approaches to help tap into the bodies' innate wisdom. By using the breath as a portal to access unconscious contents, we are able to complete interrupted patterns of trauma within the body.

Through Spiritus you can:
- Release emotional and energetic blockages without years of talk therapy.
- Create new neural pathways and promote neuroplasticity, gaining renewed perspective and let go of limiting beliefs.
- Access insight and guidance from your higher self, promoting spiritual development, self care, and coming back to self love and safety in the body.

Through scientifically proven techniques, SPIRITUS allows one to embrace real change, alchemise what is no longer serving and integrate old trauma and behavioural patterns in a safe and ceremonial space.

Rory Conder is trained as an advanced Breathwork facilitator trained by Tim Morrison.

• Severe mental health conditions (bipolar, schizophrenia, psychosis)

• Currently taking heavy medication that alters brain chemistry (anti-depressant, anti-anxiety, anti- psychotic)

• Detached Retina

• Recent physical injuries, fractures and/or surgeries

• Epilepsy

• History or diagnosis of aneurisms

• Cardiovascular problems

• History of seizures

• Severe Asthma

• Heart disease

• Heart conditions

• Diabetes

• Kundalini Awakening (spontaneous)

• Hospitalisation for any psychiatric condition, emotional crisis, spiritual emergence within the past 3 years

• Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions that would impair or afect your ability to engage in activities involving intense physical and/or emotional release.
