Over 5 weeks, we will learn the ins and outs of the nervous system: common mistakes, uncommon knowledge, and real routes to greater resilience
We will learn how to work dynamically with what's coming up to create greater capacity through top-down (cognitive) and bottom-up (somatic) practices
Basically I've taken 12 weeks of neuro somatic therapy and condensed it down into a more accessible, more affordable and fun format!
