Gentle Breathwork: Friday Lunchtime Reset 1hour

There are various approaches to breathwork, but we believe there is incredible power in the gentle.

Take a moment to connect with your breath during this Friday lunchtime reset. A shorter session,  lighter and softer, perfect for busy minds.

This guided conscious connected session is ideal for those wishing to relax, find stillness, and tune into the profound wisdom of this modality. It offers an opportunity to experience firsthand the restorative benefits of a guided practice. A shorter, bite size breath session, approx breathe time 30 minutes. Session Details

Format: The session is conducted seated on chairs provided, you may lie down if you are unable to sit.

Suitability: This gentle style is accessible to all. However, if you have specific medical conditions, please inform the practitioner so we can ensure your practice is appropriately mindful and adapted.

Requirements: A health form and waiver will be sent to you upon booking for completion.

Your Practitioner

Caroline has undergone extensive training in this powerful field and is a professional member of the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance (GPBA), adhering to the highest ethical standards.

While this practice is gentle and generally safe for everyone, participants are asked to take full responsibility for their own health and wellbeing during the session. For certain health conditions, your practitioner will suggest an adapted practice to support you.

Logistics

Time: Doors open at 11:50am  (please avoid arriving earlier) to allow everyone to settle in. We will begin promptly at 12:05 pm and finish at approximately 1:00 pm.
